Today, a year later, I am back to the gym 4-5 times per week at 50 years old, and nearly as strong as I was in my 20s. I stuck to the regimen that was recommended, and the strength began returning to my shoulder, with almost no pain! I was back to doing push-ups and even bench pressing in a matter of weeks. I am also known for binge watching TV shows on Netflix. My husband and I love doing CrossFit, and finding local restaurants that serve healthy food.
